I facilitated a workshop at Codecademy, later adapted for a newly formed Enterprise team, to tackle project alignment around key success metrics. This involved defining the "North Star Metric" and coordinating supporting input metrics that indicated progress.
The outcome? A reusable template for teams to kick-off any project with clear goals and a roadmap for achieving them.
Great products share common ground. At Codecademy, I led an Enterprise team workshop to explore successful experience principles from industry leaders. Through collaboration, we defined our own core experience principles, a set of guiding lights to prioritize product decisions.

Following a company acquisition, streamlining the product development process was critical. Collaborating with the Principal Product Manager at Codecademy, I helped define clear roles and responsibilities for the core product squad trip: Product Management, Design, and Engineering. This involved outlining the five key phases of our development cycle, exit and entrance criteria for each phase, and a "DACI" framework assigning clear decision-making roles within each phase.
The result? A comprehensive playbook and supporting templates, empowering teams to navigate the product development process seamlessly.
